6. Employee Anonymity Protection

• Employee feedback is 100% anonymous
• You will not attempt to identify employees based on feedback content, timing, or metadata
• You will not retaliate against employees for feedback
• Violation of anonymity protections may result in immediate account termination

7. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all feedback data collected through your account. We do not sell or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service.

7.2 License to Use

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your data to provide the Service, including AI-powered insights.

8. Intellectual Property
